We have developed a profanity filter inside our platform, so unless the profanity is a particularly unusual type, it will be caught before posting live. In the event that an answer is offensive or inappropriate, contact Waggl immediately and we will delete it very quickly.
We recommend framing the questions to elicit maximum positive response with minimal negativity- also know as appreciate inquiries.
Also, communicating expectations prior to pulse launch is critical; help employees understand that Waggl is different from a traditional survey, and professional, productive answers will maximize effectiveness and allow leadership to enact impactful change.
